James and the Giant Peach – 2015/2016.

In 2015 Novus were commissioned by the University of Bedfordshire  to create a new Roald Dahl piece for their 2015 Roald Dahl week in Luton. We created James and the Giant Peach, also taking part in workshops with students across the 5 days of performance (promotional trailed from UoB outreach department here). The piece then had public performances at Carnival Arts, Luton and The Place, Bedford.

Jame and the Giant Peach was then recommissioned for a repeat of Roald Dahl week in the summer of 2016. This time it was at the University of Bedfordshire Polhill campus, Bedford.

The piece was developed by Novus with support from Cambridge Junction and Colchester Arts Centre.
